    Dedication requirement. The minimum amount of land to be dedicated per dwelling unit for community park land will be determined from the following schedule:

    Residential dwelling type not in schedule. If the residential dwelling unit type for which land is to be dedicated or an in-lieu fee is to be paid is not specified on the fee schedule, the fee administrator will use the most comparable type of land use on the applicable schedule.
