§ 4.7.8. Post approval requirements.

A.

Prior to beginning any construction or the commencement of the approved use, the applicant must comply with section 12.6 (post approval requirements).

B.

Development improvements and construction must be approved and completed prior to commencement of the approved use. A building permit is required for the construction of any buildings or structures on the site.
