§ 12.2.8. Board of adjustment.

A.

The board of adjustment has authority to approve, approve with conditions or deny applications for zoning variances from certain requirements of this Code as specified in section 4.6.1. Applications submitted to the board of adjustment for these zoning variances require a pre-application conference and public hearing. Applications may be subject to a neighborhood meeting at the discretion of the planning director.

B.

The board of adjustment has authority to hear appeals of certain administrative decisions as specified in section 22.3.1. These appeals follow the process in section 22.3.2.
