§ 9.7.5. Dedication for a land division.

All road rights-of-way in conservation developments, subdivisions, planned land divisions and minor land divisions must be dedicated for public use. Internal land division roads may be private if specifically approved by the county commissioners and noted in the development agreement (subsection 12.6.1) for the project.
