§ 9.4.5. Level of service standards.

The county commissioners have determined that the amount of land required to be dedicated under this regulation shall not exceed the existing level of service (LOS) of regional park land provided by the county and participating local governments to the residential development within the jurisdictions of the county and participating local governments. The analysis in the Transportation Capital Expansion Fee and Park In-Lieu Fee Study indicates that the existing county-wide regional park land LOS is 0.167 acres per single-family equivalent (SFE).
