§ 9.3.3. Intent and purpose.

Intent. This regulation is intended to implement and be consistent with the master plan.

B.

Purpose. This objective is accomplished by requiring all new residential land divisions to contribute a proportionate share of the community park land necessary to accommodate any impacts or needs for community park land through land dedication or in-lieu fees.

C.

Technical support. This regulation is based on the technical data and conclusions contained in the Larimer County Transportation Capital Expansion Fee and Park In-Lieu Fee Study, which is incorporated herein by reference.
