§ 8.3.9. Professional qualifications.

A.

All maps and reports required by this section must be prepared by or under the responsible direction of a duly qualified expert. Wildfire hazard analysis must be performed by a professional forester with at least two years experience with wildfire hazards in the Rocky Mountain Region.

B.

All geologic hazard analyses required by this section must be prepared by or under the responsible direction of a professional geologist with experience in engineering geology.

C.

All engineering work required by this section must be prepared by or under the responsible direction of a registered professional engineer who is experienced and competent in the engineering specialty required to meet the objectives of this section.
