§ 8.2.13. Administrative modifications.

The planning director may approve minor modifications of any standards in this section that might prevent a reasonable use of property if he/she finds the following conditions exist:
A.

The administrative modification complies with this section;

B.

The administrative modification has no appreciable adverse impacts on wetlands;

C.

Any potential adverse impacts are mitigated or offset to the maximum extent practicable; and

D.

The decision of the planning director can be appealed to the county commissioners under section 22 (appeals).
