A.

Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit any agricultural use of land.

B.

Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit any use of land that was permitted by the land's zoning on July 1, 1973.

C.

Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit any use that does not include the erection of permanent structures or otherwise permanently preclude the extraction of a commercial mineral deposit.
