A. Purpose. The purpose of this section is to ensure all development is served by utilities and other facilities needed for a development are in place or will be installed by the applicant before they are needed. B. Applicability. Adequate public facilities (APF) requirements apply to all applications for conservation development, planned land division, subdivision, minor special review, special review, site plan review, public site plan review, special exception and minor land division submitted under this code. APF requirements also apply to rural land plans as specified in section 8.1. |
