A.

Measuring lot width and lot depth. Lot width is measured parallel to the front lot line at the front setback. Lot depth is measured at an angle of 90 degrees to the front lot line at the center of the front lot line.

B.

Minimum lot area. Minimum lot area, for lots created by the land division process, may not include any portion of an adjacent road.
