§ 4.4.6. Drafting errors on the official zoning map.

  • The planning director is authorized to change the official zoning map when the public record clearly indicates the official zoning map does not accurately depict zone district and overlay zone district boundaries or zone designations and subsequent amendments to those boundaries or zone designations approved by the county commissioners. Official zoning maps amended under this section of the code must be signed by the county commissioners and recorded with the county clerk and recorder.
