§ 3.7. SEVERABILITY

Except as provided in subsection 4.2.3L (miscellaneous), a determination by a court that a provision of this code is unconstitutional or invalid does not make the remainder of the code unconstitutional or invalid. A determination by a court that the application of this code to a particular structure or parcel of land is unconstitutional or invalid does not apply to any other structure or parcel of land.
