§ 3.8.2. Review criteria for changing the code text.

To approve a change in the land use code text, the county commissioners must consider the following review criteria and find that each criterion has been met or has been determined to be inapplicable:
A.

The proposed change is consistent with the master plan and the intent and purpose of this code; and/or

B.

The proposed change is necessary to correct an omission or error in the code.
