§ 12.4.1. Examination of case files.

Upon reasonable request and during regular business hours of the planning department or rural land use center, any person may examine an application and materials submitted to support or oppose an application. Copies of the materials will be made available at a reasonable cost established by the planning director and as time allows the copies to be made.
