    Legal notice of each public hearing must be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area of the proposed project. The notice must include the date, time and place of the public hearing; a general description of the proposed project; a general description of its location; and the place where the application can be reviewed. The affidavit of publication is evidence of proof of publication. Notice of amendments to the text of this Code and legislative amendments to the official zoning map must be published in at least two newspapers of general circulation.
